Black Meridian
The 2024 vintage of Black Meridian is a blend of barleywine aged in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 12 months and three different imperial stouts aged in Willett Family Estate, Heaven Hill and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 27, 28 and 40 months, respectively. The result is a luscious elixir that has aromas and flavors of toasted marshmallow, high percentage cacao bar, burnt sugar, freshly baked chocolate chip brownies and warming bourbon. We suggest letting a pour of Black Meridian sit for several minutes to open up just like a glass of wine. - 15.4% ABV
